No, I don't exercise...I train.  I never know what to expect.  I might have to run.  I might have to jump, or maybe even
crawl.  There's no guarantee of air conditioning, or good weather, or hand sanitizer.  It's not aerobics, or step, or
zumba.  I might get dirty.  I might get sunburn or get a grass stain on my clothes.  I don't know if there will be sun in my
eyes or rain drops on my face.  Why do I do it?  I do it because I will bust my butt to finish.  I might get tired and feel like I
can't make it, but I'll never quit.  I'll have to use my balance and strength - of mind and body.  I'll prove that I can work
hard and do everything I put my mind to.  Who will I prove it to?  Myself.  The only thing I do know for sure is that I'll
have to bring everything I have.  I don't know what form that will come in, but I'm ready.  I do boot camps.
